How we do it
The streaks are a living organic growth feeding on the shingles, not dirt. A soft wash applies a cleaning solution at low pressure, lets it work, then rinses — the growth dies off and the roof keeps lightening over the following weeks.
High pressure on shingles strips the granules that protect them, so we never use it on a roof.
Bottom line
Roof streaks come off with a soft wash, and ours is covered by a 2 year no-streak warranty.
